Tom Backus is a business leader and community advocate with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University. As the president and owner of two successful companies, he has combined entrepreneurial success with a lifelong commitment to serving others.

Tom served as President of the Kiwanis Club of Downtown Youngstown Ohio and helped establish the first Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program in Youngstown, Ohio. He also served on the Law Enforcement Committee of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber. Active in his church and local community, Tom remains committed to supporting children, families, and faith-based initiatives.
